1. Raw-material acceptance — every batch must pass. Condition, packaging, labelling and lot are verified before anything enters production. Non-conforming material never reaches the line.
2. Process control — every second is recorded. Mixing, heating, forming — every critical parameter has a documented standard. Not by feel, by science.
3. Foreign-object and weight inspection — no room for accidents. Metal detection, foreign-object detection, seal integrity and weight calibration are non-negotiable steps.
4. Batch traceability — every batch has its story. From ingredient origin and process parameters to finished-product testing, traceability data is built batch by batch. Every product you buy can be traced.
5. Double inspection — our own laboratory plus third-party labs. Real Power operates an in-house laboratory (a multi-million investment). Every batch passes internal testing for condition, nutritional indicators and microbiology before release, and products are regularly sent to SGS and other third-party laboratories for independent confirmation.
