How do I earn RP points?
You can earn RP points in several ways — not just through shopping!
✓ Make a purchase: earn points for every RM10 spent (excluding shipping)
✓ Register an account
✓ Birthday reward
✓ Refer a friend
Points are automatically added to your account once the order is paid. There is no limit to how many points you can earn.
When will I receive my birthday rewards? Is there an expiration date?
Your birthday RP points are issued on the date of your birthday at 1AM and are valid for 30 days.
When is Member's Day?
Our Member's Day starts every month on the 10th at 12AM and ends on the 11th at 11:59PM.

How do I redeem my points?
Go to My Account ➞ Member. In the Redeem points section you can see how much cash back you have earned and apply it at checkout.
At checkout, click "Show order summary" and tick the RP points box. ※ The RP points box only appears when your order is over RM49.
Where can I check my RP points?
Go to your account page and click Member; your RP point balance is shown in Overview. You can also use the Rewards button at the bottom right to check your balance, see how to earn more, and redeem.
