How Our Food Is Made
Every bag of Real Nature Recipe travels the same four stages — from the formula review held before a single ingredient is ordered, to the final inspection before it leaves our warehouse. This is the whole route your pet’s food takes.
Before production
Formula review, seasonal sourcing and raw-material inspection. Ingredients that need pre-processing go to our collaborating factories first, and everything is inspected again before it reaches the main plant.

Production process (1)
Initial mixing, hammer-mill grinding, removal of metal impurities, secondary mixing, then steam gelatinization.

Production process (2)
Extrusion under heat and pressure, forming and drying, vacuum coating with heat-sensitive nutrients and supplements, cooling, and granule size screening.

After production
Post-production inspection. Batches that pass rest in a temperature- and humidity-controlled environment, are packed, inspected once more and moved to storage. Anything that fails is investigated and discarded.
